1. About us and our products

Ember & Blend sells pre-packaged dry spices, seasoning blends and kitchen gift kits, priced in US dollars and shipped worldwide. We do not sell fresh or prepared food, alcohol, tobacco, dietary supplements or any regulated or prescription goods.

2. Food safety and allergens

• Every product page lists the ingredients, declared allergens, a 'may contain' cross-contamination note, heat grading, shelf life and storage guidance.
• Our blends are produced in a facility that also handles allergens including celery, mustard, gluten, sesame, peanuts and other nuts. Cross-contamination cannot be fully excluded.
• You are responsible for reading allergen information and deciding whether a product is suitable for you. Allergy and consumption risk rests with the customer.
• Store products as directed and use within the stated shelf life.

3. No health claims

We describe flavour, cuisine and usage only. We make no health, medical, therapeutic, detox, weight-loss or immunity claims. Our "Low-Salt Bold Blends" range describes a salt-reduced recipe only and implies no health benefit.

4. Prohibited and regulated goods

We do not sell alcohol, tobacco or vaping products, dietary supplements, medicines, or any controlled or prescription ingredients. Our products are culinary seasonings intended for cooking.

5. Orders, pricing and payment

• All prices are shown and charged in US dollars (USD).
• An order is accepted when we confirm it and payment is authorised. Payment is processed securely by Stripe; we never receive or store your full card number.
• The statement descriptor on your card statement will read EMBER BLEND.
• We may cancel and refund an order if an item is unavailable or if we identify pricing or listing errors.

6. Spice Club subscriptions

• Paid Spice Club tiers bill monthly or yearly in USD and ship a curated box each month.
• Subscriptions are a pure service with no credits and no stored balance. Monthly boxes do not roll over and are not exchangeable for cash.
• You can skip, pause or cancel future boxes at any time through the Customer Portal. A box already shipped for the current period is not refundable.

7. Shipping and customs

We ship worldwide. Delivery times vary by destination. You are responsible for checking your country's food import and customs rules, and for any import duties or taxes. See our shipping & delivery policy.

8. Returns and refunds

Because these are food products, returns are limited for hygiene reasons. See our refund & returns policy for full terms covering unopened items, damaged, incorrect or undelivered goods.

9. Age restrictions

The site is not intended for anyone under 13. Customers aged 13–17 may only order with the consent and supervision of a parent or guardian, who accepts responsibility for the order.

10. Acceptable use and content

Your use of the site is subject to our acceptable use policy and content license. The Flavour Finder is covered by our AI disclaimer.

11. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any order is limited to the price paid for that order. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law. These terms do not affect the statutory rights of consumers.

12. Governing law
