Shipping & Delivery Policy

We pack every order in Glasgow and ship worldwide with tracked carriers. This policy explains processing times, delivery, customs and what happens if a parcel is delayed.
1. Processing time
Orders are usually packed and dispatched within 1–3 business days. Spice Club monthly boxes are dispatched on a regular monthly cycle. You will receive a confirmation and tracking details by email when your order ships.
2. Products covered by this policy
Every product we sell is a pre-packaged dry spice, seasoning blend or kitchen gift kit. All of them are non-perishable, shipped at ambient temperature with no cold chain, and covered by the terms below. Shelf life is stated on each product page and every kit leaves us with at least 12 months remaining.

3. Delivery estimates
- United Kingdom: typically 2–4 business days after dispatch.
- Europe: typically 4–8 business days after dispatch.
- United States, Canada and rest of world: typically 7–14 business days after dispatch.
- Estimates are guidance only and can vary with carrier and customs handling.
4. Shipping charges
A flat standard shipping rate is shown in USD at checkout. Free standard shipping is included with Kitchen Club and Chef's Table memberships. Chef's Table members receive priority and expedited handling.
5. Customs, duties and import rules
- You are responsible for checking your country's food import rules before ordering. Some countries restrict the import of certain foods or seasonings.
- Any import duties, taxes or customs fees charged by your country are the buyer's responsibility and are not included in our prices.
- If a parcel is held or returned by customs due to local rules, we will work with you but cannot refund duties or return-shipping costs imposed by authorities.
6. Tracking and delivery
Every order ships with tracking. Please provide an accurate, complete delivery address; we are not responsible for delays or losses caused by incorrect addresses. If tracking shows a problem, contact us and we will investigate with the carrier.
7. Undelivered or lost parcels
If your order does not arrive within the expected window, contact support@javeasso.shop. After investigating with the carrier, we will reship or refund in line with our refund & returns policy.
